Update on Cody Rhodes’ injury

As noted a few days ago, Cody tweeted about an injury to his knee that would keep him out of the final day of the Ring Of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling Global Wars tour. Cody was set to defend his IWGP US Heavyweight Championship against Beretta in Toronto on November 11th but had to pull out due to injury.

PROGRESS WRESTLING – Hello Wembley – Info

On September 30th, 2018 PROGRESS Wrestling makes a long awaited debut in the SSE Arena, Wembley in London. Three years ago PROGRESS Wrestling put on their largest ticketed show to that date, entitled Chapter 36: We’re Gonna Need A Bigger Room, again. Chapter 36 saw 2,400 fans in the Brixton Academy and was held in September 2016. This was the largest PROGRESS show up to that point. Chapter 55: Chase The Sun was almost one year after Chapter 36 and PROGRESS Wrestling were set on making their September shows bigger than normal. PROGRESS hired out the biggest venue this particular British independent Professional Wrestling company had hired up to that point, Alexandra Palace, and on September 10th, 2017, PROGRESS Wrestling held Chapter 55. On the night of September 10th, 2017 PROGRESS Wrestling announced they Chapter 76 would be held in an even larger venue one year later, Wembley. This will be the biggest show that PROGRESS have put on.

ALL IN attendance, Zero Hour viewership and Being The Elite – September 6th, 2018

According to ShowBuzz Daily the All In: Zero Hour came in at number 85 on cable network TV in America with 196,000 viewers. The show was just underneath Football and came in above a Paramount showing of the movie The Mummy: Tomb Of Dragon.

Highspots Wrestling Network launches apps for Android and Apple

On August 28th Highspots Wrestling Network launched their apps for Android and iPhone. At the moment Highspots only have apps available for Android (Tablet or Phone) or ITunes (iPhone or iPad) but The Alternative Wrestling Network has plans for more apps that are to be announced.
